To strengthen our finance team in the Nordics, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner Nordics (m/f/d) based in Berlin
In this key role, you will act as a trusted sparring partner to our local managing directors, providing financial insights and strategic guidance for important business decisions. With strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of budgeting, reporting, and forecasting, you will help steer our growth in the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

  • You drive the financial performance of our Nordic business through forward-looking advice, active steering, and clear performance goals
  • You prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and KPI reports to support strategic decisions
    You assess business cases and conduct profitability analyses for key investments in Sweden and the wider Nordics
  • You identify efficiency and value opportunities and turn them into actionable measures
  • Working closely with Operations, Controlling, Accounting, HR and Procurement, you help achieve cross-functional goals

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project and/or business controlling – ideally in building services, construction, or real estate
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with excellent communication abilities
  • High affinity for numbers and a strong business mindset
  • Confident user of ERP systems and Excel
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Swedish or experience in the Swedish/Nordic market is an advantage
